• Monday to Friday from 9:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs
• Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs

IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS

• Infants from 1 to 4 years old are free of charge in all Kuzá products. Access is allowed free of charge for one infant per paying adult.
• Children from 5 to 11 years old pay the child rate for any program. From 12 years old onwards, the adult rate applies.
• The cost for round-trip ground transportation service from Cancun and Riviera Maya to the Playa del Carmen Federal Pier (R/T) and the PDC-CZM Ferry (Round Trip) is $50 USD or $800 MXN per person. This must be paid by the guest at the time of check-in.
• All visitors visiting El Cielo must pay an additional park access fee of $13 USD or $250 MXN per person.
• In case of NO-SHOWS, there will be an additional charge of $20 USD or $250 MXN per person.
